Cooking Italian ‘Down Under’ with Rose T #1

Around Easter 2012 I happened to spen  some time with Rose Torouno  and her husband George in a G+ Hangouts On Air.  Well, Rose quickly gave me a lesson on the proper way of making Gnocchi which I immediately recorded.  The photo below is a delicious plate of Gnocchi covered in a rich and tasty Marinara sauce.
